City Hall is located at 225 West North Street and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.

The staff at City Hall is available to take utility payments, to license dogs and cats, to issue building permits, to answer planning and zoning questions and to answer and explain questions relating to city code.
