1. Approve the catering permit for the Country Club at the Rodeo Grounds over Border Days, July
2nd, 3rd and 4th

2. Approve the beer garden application for Border Days Association to have a beer garden at the
Rodeo Grounds during the rodeos

3. Change the July meeting dates to the following due to Border Days Celebration: July 10th and
July 24th.

4. Increase pool petty cash by $10.00

5. Participation in paving the ditch line on North 6th Street, (Wikoff)

7. Discussion on County garbage issue
