5. Authorize acceptance of audit contract for FY 2006 - $13,050.00

2. First Quarter Revenue and Expenditure Reports

3. Annexation requests: Gerry Peterson, approximately 15 acres for the Forest Service Building and Bob Blewett, approximately 6.52 acres for Pebble Creek Subdivision. These requests will be forwarded to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing.
