1. Discussion and possible adoption of the following Ordinances after May 10, 2007 Public Hearing

a. #817: Sewer connection mandatory within the City and Area of Impact
b. #818: Drilling of domestic water wells prohibited within the City and Area of Impact
c. #819: Defining a flag lot
d. #820: Re-defining some requirements for a preliminary plat
e. #821: Amending subdivision requirements for water, sewer, streets, alleys, storm drain
f. #822: Subdivision inspection and fees
g. #823: Changing required signatures on a plat

2. Discussion and possible adoption of Ordinance #824 – repeal of section 8-5-15 and 8-5-16
