3. Accept and award the sewer line replacement bid

4. Carroll Adkison, State Street Storage, sidewalk waiver renewal

5. Annexation request for 4.066 acres by the Forest Service

6. Surplus 1992 Chevy Caprice – Animal Control Vehicle
