3. Corrections: Annexation Ordinance No. 813 and 814 that need to be re-adopted due to the exhibit not getting published

4. Surplus: PW Lexmark x63 multifunction printer, PW computer (D41030301500278) and AOC monitor (A5SS38D882083)

5. Quote for new Zoning Map

6. Accept Eimco Water Technologies bid for band screen equipment

7. Discuss chip seal bid

8. Discuss changing projections allowed in the setback
