1. Discuss construction deadlines on building permits

2. Adopt tentative budget for 08-09

3. Revise the mileage rate in the handbook, increasing to 58.5 cents a mile

4. Renewal of sidewalk waiver request, due to a building permit application from Dorothy Walker at 1124 North State
