Public Hearing Notice: Equity Buy In Fee

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FEES

The City of Grangeville proposes to establish an Equity Buy In fee for the Water and Sewer Systems. The proposed fees may not exceed the amount listed, but may be lowered based upon information received at the public hearing.

Water System $1,540.00 per Equivalent Residence (ER)

Sewer System $2,860.00 per Equivalent Residence (ER)

In accordance with Section 63-1311(a), Idaho Code, the Grangeville City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed fee requests on February 22, 2005 at 7:30 P.M. at City Hall. City Hall is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone desiring accommodations for disabilities to the hearing, please contact the City Hall, 983-2851 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
