Public Hearing Notice: Vacation of a portion of Aram Street

PUBLIC NOTICE

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a hearing will be held on the Petition of Carolyn Bock for the vacation of a certain portion of Aram Street located between Madison Street southward to the north side of Monroe Street in the Portland Heights Addition. You are notified that a hearing will be held by the City Council in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the 6th day of November, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. to determine whether or not said petition will be granted. All persons interested and citizens shall be given opportunity to be heard. Dated this 12th day of October, 2006
