NOTICE OF HEARING

BEFORE: Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commission

THE PUBLIC IS HEREBY NOTIFIED AS FOLLOWS:

A public hearing will be held at City Hall before the Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commission on the 13th day of March, 2007, at 7:00 P.M. concerning the application for a variance that has been filed by the Centennial Evangelical Free Church of 408 North College Street. The application seeks for the property located as follows, to wit: Halls First Addition, Block N, Tax #166 to secure the following change for the property, to wit: To allow for new covered steps that would extend into the 20’ required setback approximately 11’.

All citizens, regardless of whether they are within 300 feet of the property, may file a written protest with the Grangeville City Clerk, pursuant to Section 10-10-1 and 10-10-3 of the Grangeville City Code. The written objection can be delivered to the City Clerk in advance of the Planning and Zoning Commission hearing or citizens may appear personally at the hearing to comment orally, at which time a written protest must be filed to make the objection part of the record.
