Notice of Hearing - Updating Ordinances in Area of Impact

Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509, a public hearing will be held before the Grangeville Planning and Zoning Commission on March 13, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. The hearing is being held for the purpose of considering and making the Commission’s recommendations for updating city and county ordinances related to the Grangeville Area of City Impact as provided by Idaho Code 67-6526(e). Among other issues, the Commission will consider making recommendations concerning methods or procedures to insure efficient administration and enforcement of city and county ordinances applicable in the area of city impact.

A list and full text of the ordinances under consideration for updating, including the original city and county Grangeville Area of City Impact ordinances originally adopted in 1995, together with all subsequent amendments, are available for inspection in the office of the City Clerk at the Grangeville City Hall, 225 W. North Street, Grangeville, ID 83530.
